Printer Cartridge Reuse Program - Environmental & Charity Program
  1) Background :
 
  1. Program started in 1998.
  2. It is a partnership between LaserMax and Friends of the Earth, which LaserMax collects the empty cartridges from different commercial and residential buildings, and in return, donate money to Friends of the Earth.
  3. At the end of each campaign, LaserMax will donate a grand sum of money to Friends of the Earth to support their environmental programs.
  4. More than 300 commercial and residential buildings have joined our program so far.
  2) Objective :
 
  1. To reduce and reuse other cartridges in order to minimize cartridge dumping at our precious landfills.
  2. To arouse general awareness on Cartridge Remanufacturing, and how it benefits our community.
  3. To raise funds for Friends of the Earth on their environmental programs.

  1. Display Board

    We have a mobile display board that can be set up at lobby areas or schools to illustrate and explain our Printer Cartridge Reuse Program as well as the remanufacturing process of a toner cartridge. The display board is on loan to our valued clients who have joined our program on a complimentary basis. Please call our hotline for more information.



  2. Collection Bin
    Measurement: 45cm (H) x 33.5cm (W) x 33cm (D)

    We also provide paper collection boxes to our valued clients for collecting used toner, fax and inkjet cartridges. The box can be put in any noticeable areas within an office or a school where people can easily drop the cartridge into the box. Once the box is full, we will provide free pick up service to collect the empty cartridges.



  3. Seminar

    Cartridge remanufacturing is still a new concept to many large corporate and schools in Hong Kong, and as a result, we have tailor-made our own Printer Cartridge Reuse seminar to explain all related information to our clients in a fun and educational way. It is a 20-30 min seminar which comprises of 3 main parts. First, it is the introduction of the remanufacturing industry between Hong Kong and overseas countries. Second, it is the illustration of the remanufacturing process of a toner/fax cartridge. Last but not least, is the after sales service that we can provide to support to our clients.   5) How to participate in this programme?
   
Step 1) Call our customer service hotline 2870-0878 or Email: sales@lasermaxhk.com to get the empty collection form.
Step 2) Fax to 2553-2211
Step 3) Our courier will pick up the empties for free.

For every empty cartridges/inkjets that we collected, we will donate HK$5-$25 to Friends of the Earth.
